The Honda High School STEM Summer Camp at North Carolina A&T State University offers high school students an exciting opportunity to explore biotechnology, hands-on laboratory research, and STEM career pathways during a week-long summer experience in Greensboro, NC.
Hosted by the NC A&T Office of Honors Research, this commuter-only camp takes place July 13–17, 2026 and is designed for motivated students interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Camp participants will:
- Participate in hands-on STEM and biotechnology laboratory activities
- Learn about college and career pathways in STEM fields
- Explore biotechnology research experiences
- Receive mentorship from NC A&T faculty and Honors College STEM students
- Engage in professional development and interactive learning sessions
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be high school juniors or seniors
- Attend a Guilford County high school
- Be approximately ages 16–18
- Demonstrate interest in STEM, especially biotechnology
- Be available to attend all camp dates July 13–17, 2026

- Parent/guardian consent for participants under 18 years old
Applications are reviewed competitively based on academic readiness, essay responses, and demonstrated interest in STEM fields.
