Step into the spotlight this summer with Summerfield Stage Summer Camps—a brand-new theatre camp experience for young performers in the Greensboro area!
Hosted at Morehead United Methodist Church, these camps give kids the opportunity to act, sing, perform, and bring stories to life on stage. Each session focuses on building confidence, creativity, and teamwork while preparing for a live performance.
🎠Wonderland Extravaganza (Ages 8–13)
- Dates: June 15–26, 2026
- Performances: June 26 & 27 at 4:00 PM
- Time: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Cost: $250
Campers will dive into an Alice in Wonderland-inspired production, creating a short play along with fun commercial-style scenes to give the show a creative “TV experience” twist!
🎶 Musical Merriment (Ages 8–16)
- Dates: July 20–31, 2026
- Performances: July 31 at 6:00 PM; August 1 at 2:00 PM & 6:00 PM
- Time: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Cost: $300
This full-length musical blends fairy tales with comedy and performance, giving campers the chance to develop skills in acting, singing, and dancing in a fun, high-energy environment.
Both camps are perfect for kids who love theatre or want to try performing for the first time. Campers will gain valuable stage experience while making friends and creating unforgettable memories.
