UNCG’s DREAM Camp is a specialized summer day camp designed to help youth ages 8–17 build social, communication, and friendship skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Hosted by the UNCG Psychology Clinic, this program is ideal for children and teens who may benefit from extra support in social development, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or similar challenges.
Campers will participate in engaging, structured activities such as:
- Arts & crafts
- Music and creative expression
- Group games and sports
- Social skill-building exercises
- Team-based interaction and friendship development
The program focuses on helping youth build confidence, emotional awareness, coping skills, and meaningful peer connections.

- Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (drop-off begins at 8:30 AM)

- 1 week: $400
- 2 weeks: $750
