CVA Summer Art Camp is a long-standing downtown Greensboro favorite, offering creative, hands-on experiences for rising 1st–9th graders in a fun, inspiring environment.
Each week, campers explore a wide range of artistic styles and techniques, including painting, drawing, clay, mixed media, digital art, and STEAM-based projects. Programs are thoughtfully designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and encourage self-expression through engaging, hands-on learning.
Camp options include themes like:
- LEGO + STEAM art and engineering
- Drawing and painting studios
- Mixed media and recycled art
- Clay and sculpture
- Digital design and storytelling
With small class sizes (10–12 students) and experienced artist-instructors, each camper receives personalized attention while exploring their creativity in a supportive setting.
📍 Located in the Greensboro Cultural Center, campers also benefit from access to galleries and nearby outdoor spaces like LeBauer Park.

- 💵 Cost: $280/week (+ additional fee for clay camps)
- 🕔 Aftercare available: $75/week (3:00–5:30 PM)
