Summer Sundays at High Point Museum

HIGHPOINT, NC (May 7, 2018) Beginning Sunday, June 3, the High Point Museum will begin its summer operating hours and be open on Sunday afternoons. The Museum and the Historical Park will be open from 1 p.m. to4:30 p.m. Sundays during June, July and August. Admission is free.

Throughout the summer, the Museum has various activities and events planned including Civil War Reenactors (Saturday, June 2), Art Splash (Sunday, July 22) and National Night Out (Tuesday, August 7). As usual the Historical Park will be conducting demonstrations and giving tours. 

Summer is the perfect time to book a tour for your group. Tours are available Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and can be scheduled online at www.highpointmuseu.org.   

The High Point Museum, a division of the High Point Public Library, shares Greater High Point’s history, provides perspective for current issues, and strengthens the sense of community.
