How are you? I am well and glad to be publishing again. I had a few things going on and decided to take some time off so I could present my best. My grandmother passed as well as a college roommate and another Bennett Belle. Life and death happened so quickly over the past three weeks so I just decided to take a break and reflect on everything.

Our Macaroni Kid Kid’s cookbook submission period has been extended to the end of June. All submissions are requested on or before Friday, June 30th. I would love as many submissions from Greensboro as possible. This cookbook will be our first as Macaroni Kid and I am personally challenging Greensboro to at least 20 submissions. With over 1200 subscribers I know we can easily submit 20 to 40 submissions.
